Ils ont l'expèrience de l'enseignement de la langue et ce, quel que soit le niveau.        Classes are designed to develop communication skills, so the emphasis is on oral participation, to develop linguistic competence. Tuition takes place using only the target language, to maximise acquisition. Students are tested (Click HERE to sit this test online to find your level) at the start of their course to ascertain problem areas. They are then placed into classes according to level.        All classes are kept to small sizes, which encourages student participation and ensures that each student will have personal attention. A typical class will have no more than 12 students.        Courses will differ according to the needs of each group or on the chosen course but they will invariably include the development of:        Speaking skills:        The main emphasis will be on this area, to maximise competence in the language. It will involve development of structure, range of expression and vocabulary, intonation, stress, pronunciation, etc.. Simulated workplace and social situations will be covered including: one to one and group meetings, confrontations and presentations.        Reading skills:        Reading for gist, and specific information, reading and note taking, vocabulary recognition and dictionary skills etc....        Listening skills:        Développer la compréhension orale, comprendre différents accents, pouvoir prendre des notes et suivre des consignes...        Writing:        This can take place as homework assignments which can include: the development of clarity in a range of texts - letters, memos, reports, etc... At regular intervals, students are asked to complete review forms on course content and teacher performance. A selection of materials will be used during the course, although students at each level will be using a core text to help in continuity of structure development. Other materials used can include selected texts for speaking, listening, reading & writing skills including authentic reading and listening material, and visuals.
