| | | | Terms and Conditions | | |  | Aucune réservation ne pourra être acceptée tant qu'Annalivia School n'aura pas reçu un dossier d'inscription complet ainsi qu'une partie ou la totalité du payement du séjour. De plus, aucune réservation ne sera acceptée tant que l'école n'aura pas envoyé une confirmation écrite d'acceptation de l'élève. Les conditions de réservation et le règlement de l'école sont contenus dans le dossier d'inscription ainsi que dans le courrier de confirmation de l'école. ASL se réserve le droit de mettre fin au séjour d'un élève si sa conduite ou son comportement n'est pas acceptable durant les leçons. |
| | Le séjour doit être payé intégralement au moins 4 semaines avant la date programmée de l'arrivée. Si il n'est pas payé à cette date ou si l'élève annule le voyage ( ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES doit être prévenu de toute annulation par courrier écrit), ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES peut exercer les retenues suivantes: les frais d'annulation sont les suivants: - Plus de 4 semaines avant la date d'arrivée, les frais d'inscription et/ou l'acompte pourraient être retenu. Entre 3 et 4 semaines de la date d'arrivée, 30% du cout du séjour est retenu. Entre 3 et 2 semaines de la date d'arrivée, 45% du cout sera retenu. Entre 2 semaines et 72 heures, 60% du cout sera facturé. Moins de 72 heures de l'arrivée, 100% du cout est retenu. |
| | Les requêtes spéciales peuvent être communiquées par le participant en écrivant à ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES lors de l'envoi du dossier d'inscription. ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES fera de son possible pour répondre positivement à ces demandes. ASL shall only be obliged to provide services in accordance with special requests where it specifically commits itself in writing to do so. No liability shall be attached to ASL for failure to comply with a special request which has not been confirmed by it in writing. |
| | ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES se réserve le droit de modifier, de changer, d'écourter ou d'annuler un séjour. Si, dans un cas de force majeure, ASL est obligé d'écourter, de modifier, de prolonger ou d'annuler un séjour, le participant ne peut prétendre à une compensation découlant de la dite modification, annulation ou prolongation. |
| | If ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES has specified a minimum number of bookings required for a programme of courses in its published information relating to that programme, its obligation to provide that programme shall be contingent upon its receiving and maintaining that minimum number of bookings. In the event that ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES does not receive the minimum number of bookings, or having received such minimum number, has that number reduced by reason of cancellations or transfers by Participants or otherwise, ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES shall be entitled to cancel or curtail the relevant programme at any time up to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, and the Participant shall not be entitled to make a claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances. ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES shall notify the Participant within seven days of any cancellation or curtailment necessitated by the aforementioned circumstances. |
| | If, prior to the arrival date, there is a cancellation, alteration, change or curtailment relating to a course, which results in more than 24 hours change in the time of arrival, or a change of Centre or in the type of accommodation offered, or some other change which fundamentally alters the course, ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES shall, if practicable, offer an alternative comparable course of at least similar standard, or shall refund the Participant all monies paid. Unless within seven days of issue, the offer of an alternative course is accepted by the Participant in writing, ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES shall assume that the Participant has declined such offer and the they shall only be entitled to return of the payment made. |
| | INSURANCE: ASL is covered by public liability insurance according to conditions set out by the Irish authorities. It is the responsibility of the Participant to check that the insurance scheme provides the Participant with his desired level of cover. If arranging insurance cover for the Participant, ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES is acting as the agent of the relevant insurer and shall be responsible to the Participant for any default by the insurer under that policy. All claims made against the insurance policy shall be made directly to the insurer. The Participant shall be responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which he deems necessary. |
| | If the Participant wishes to make a complaint in relation to a course they shall be obliged to notify ANNALIVIA SCHOOL OF LANGUAGES in writing of any complaint not later than 28 days after termination of the course. |
| | Where applicable, commission will be allowed, to registered agents at a rate of 15%. This discount can be taken directly from the course price. |
